Yin-Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga is the perfect balance for mind and body.

The class starts with a vinyasa flow to both energize and calm the body and ends with a slow and gentle yin practice with calming music, guided meditations and soothing ambiance that will leave you completely blissed out.

Room is comfortably warm.

LARGE TOWEL

Cover your mat — you will sweat. Bring an extra for the shower.

WATER

Stay hydrated during the class — no glass bottles please.
