It is designed for all fitness levels and is loved by both men and women. It’s the perfect compliment to our hot yoga and will help you with any other activities or sports you do. Performed on a yoga mat and towel (no props or co-ordination required!) with motivating music, Hot Pilates is an amazing workout using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that strengthens muscles, boosts your metabolism and burns calories — all without the pounding of a high impact workout.
We heat the room to around 32-35 degrees and our instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you are always challenged. With low impact moves, this class leaves you feeling energised and ready to conquer the world!
